What time should I arrive and where is The Ceremony?

You can start wandering in from 3pm, but please find your seat by 3.45pm. We’ll be saying 'I do' at The Ponds, tucked away out the back in the Cascade Brewery Gardens. After the ceremony, join us in the gardens for some cheeky drinks and happy snaps.

Is there parking?

Technically yes… but it’s Valentine’s Day and the venue will be packed with other local lovers. Get dropped off if you can!

Where’s the Reception?

The party continues in our own private bar next to The Ponds. Leave your worries at the door and your heels under the table because dinner is on, the drinks are flowing and the dance floor is calling!

What do I wear?

Whatever makes you feel fabulous for a summer garden party. Save the black for a funeral.

Can I bring a plus one?

Of course! The more, the merrier. Just make sure to add their name and number to your RSVP so we can txt them the link. They can then RSVP themslves with their meal choices.

Can I bring the kids?

Absolutely! Little legends are welcome, what’s a dance floor without some tiny twirlers? We’ve got space for prams and a kids menu.

What’s happening with food?

Canapés will be served while we take photos (4:30–5:30pm), then we'll roll out Mains (6–7pm) and Dessert (7–8pm). Please let us know what options you’d like in your RSVP and if your tummy has any special rules.

Is there a seating plan?

Yes - but don't worry, we wont force you to make any new friends.

Do I need cash?

Look we won’t say no but it’s fine, we’ve got you covered. Just bring your best toasts and worst dance moves.

I need a place to crash..

No worries, we’ve sorted suites at The Cas for the out of town travellers and have mates rates set up for the locals. Just add it to the RSVP and we’ll take care of the booking.

Kick ons?

Join us at The Cas from 11pm for a flutter and a boogie. When you’re ready to call it a night, your room’s just upstairs.

Gifts?

The best present is to be present. But if you’d like to send us off with something, you can drop it off in our wishing well at The Reception.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please try to let us know by 14th Dec, but we know plans change so we won’t hold it against you if you tell us later or change your mind.
